Research Database
The International Charity Law Network's research database contains scholarly articles, books, and other academic resources relating to international or comparative charity law. It is searchable by title, author, keyword, or publisher. Each item includes a link to the research, which in some instances may be behind a paywall. The Network is very grateful to Paul Bater for his assistance in gathering materials for the database, to Susan Azyndar, Alicia Cummins, Teresa Levesque, Jill Manny, Allie Tunis, and Notre Dame Creative for their assistance in designing and populating the database, and to Notre Dame Law School for financial and administrative support.
Please email lmayer@nd.edu with any questions about or suggestions for new entries to the database. Other sources for international charity law research include the Council on Foundation's Country Notes, the European Center for not-for-Profit Law, the Global Nonprofits Guide, the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, and the New York University School of Law National Center on Philanthropy and the Law's Legal Bibliography.
